Using a tape measure place it approximately 1/3 of the way up your forearm. The tape should be snug but not tight. Your measurement at this point will determine what size to order.

6.75" - 7.25" Small
7.25" - 7.75" Medium
7.75" - 8.25" Large

Most adult women wear medium; adult men wear large. OR, choose the adjustable which will fit everyone in the family.

Additional fitting considerations: to get the best fit you should move the KitchenKuffs^® up your arm until it is fitting snugly and stays in place on its own. For some folks this will be 1/3 of the way up their forearm, while for others they may need to move the Kuff up further, to a wider portion of their arm. It's due to this type of individual variance that we suggest you take the measurement at the 1/3 distance as illustrated in the picture at right.
